Build your otlite setup. One command installs it.

Tick the tools you want from otlite's 47, or a starter pack. This page builds an otlite start command; run it, check the list, and otlite accepts its notice, creates your key file and installs every tool into its own virtualenv. Nothing you pick here is sent anywhere.

Install otlite

Skip this if you have it. Linux and macOS, no Docker: it uses your Python and pipx when both are there, and otherwise brings its own Python. If your otlite doesn't know otlite start yet, upgrade it with pipx upgrade otlite or uv tool upgrade otlite.

Starter packs

The playbooks bundled with otlite: a few tools for one kind of target. Tick a pack for all its tools, or tick them one by one; run a pack's tools at once with otlite playbook.

API keys

A few tools need a key, and some work better with one. otlite keeps them all in ~/.otlite/.env, and each tool only gets the keys it declares.

Ask for them after installing one prompt per key the picked tools use, typed with the input hidden; Enter skips one

Without --yes, otlite start opens with these ticked in its own checkbox lists so you can check them; it changes nothing until you confirm. --yes also accepts the responsible-use notice, as otlite init --yes does. Add --dry-run to see what it would install.
