Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-20T00:00:00.000Z

The OTInstaller Registry is run by OSINTverse. By using the website, the API or ot, you agree to these terms and to the acceptable use policy.

The registry is an index

Tools, images and packages stay where their authors publish them (GitHub, GitLab, ghcr.io, registry.gitlab.com, PyPI). The registry checks releases and describes them, but it does not write, own or warrant the tools. You run them on your own machine and are responsible for how you use them and for having a lawful basis to investigate anyone.

Publishing

You may publish only what you have the right to publish, under its license. You keep ownership of your work. You allow the registry to index your releases, render your README and guides, keep backup copies of your releases, and show them publicly. You are responsible for your packages’ descriptions, ethics answers and test inputs being honest.

Accounts and namespaces

Namespaces belong to the GitHub or GitLab owner they are linked to. We may review, yank or remove packages, suspend namespaces and ban accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, as described in reports and takedowns.

No warranty

The registry is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, OSINTverse is not liable for losses from using the registry or the tools listed on it.

Changes

We will announce material changes on this page before they take effect. Questions: support@otinstaller.com.
