The community looks after this package in osintverse-community/safebrowsing. Its maintainers propose changes beyond the upstream pin here: the manifest, the Dockerfile or the README. A staff or community reviewer who isn't the proposer approves each one, and the registry merges it and releases a new version, built, signed and scanned like any other.
