Finds a company in the SEC's EDGAR filings by name or ticker: CIK, industry, addresses and its latest filings

## Install and run

## Inputs

## Outputs

Finds: organization, location, document.

- `organization`: The best match in full (CIK, tickers, exchanges, industry, state of incorporation), then other matches
- `location`: Business and mailing addresses
- `document`: Latest filings: form, date, accession number and link

## What a run does

- Does not contact the target.
- Does not collect personal data.
- Needs an account (it logs in, or uses an account or API key of yours).
- Does not notify the target.
- Usually takes about 10 seconds.
- Connects to www.sec.gov, data.sec.gov.

## API keys

- `EDGAR_IDENTITY` (required, free): Your name and email address, such as "Jane Doe jane@example.com"; the SEC asks every client to say who it is Get one at https://www.sec.gov/os/accessing-edgar-data
